By accessing or using the Nivasa application (web or mobile-first layouts), services, and tools provided by Ami Group (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To access the features of Nivasa, you must create a registered user account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials (username and password).
• Promptly notify us if you detect or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to:

• Harass, abuse, or send unsolicited/spam notifications to tenants.
• Upload fraudulent documents or enter false tenant agreement records.
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or attempt to compromise the security and stability of the platform.
• Exceed the room and tenant volume limits allocated under your current active plan.

4. Fees, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain aspects of the Service are provided on a paid subscription basis (Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers).

All fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription renewal at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Ami Group and Nivasa make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the platform.

Nivasa facilitates rental tracking, invoice generation, and template downloads. We are not a party to any lease agreement and shall not be held liable for any disputes, unpaid rent, legal action, or damage arising between landlords and tenants.

6. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page or through app notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
